Introductory Workshop

This workshop is designed to get you started on clarifying your vision so you can begin to take strategic action to reach your goals.

Specifically designed for those who feel their train is derailed, those who feel completely overwhelmed with the startup phase of their business, or those who just want to hit the ground running. We will meet four times over a two month period to get you on the path to success. Our first meeting will be 90 minutes of evaluation and goal setting. We will meet one week later for an hour to determine what's working and what's not and focus on implementation. Two weeks after that we will meet for an hour to evaluate progress and refine the approach. Finally, a month later, we will take a fresh look at the goals, opportunities and obstacles. We will focus on increasing the pace of change by leveraging your skills and talents to take advantage of the opportunities we have uncovered.
